Ms. Dominique Eugene is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Play Therapist & Supervisor. She holds certification in Alternative Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University, New York University, CSU Los Angeles and the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc. She is committed to the mental health needs of multicultural population; has lived in Haiti, NJ and Japan; and has published articles on her work in Sri Lanka, Haitian mental health, and cross-cultural adjustment in Japan.

Ms. Stephanie Perry accepted her position on the Executive Board in 2007.  She has been an invaluable asset to PowerGirl Ministries giving her time, her talent and her treasure willingly.  Ms. Perry holds a BA from UCLA and an MA from Pepperdine University.  She works as a Human Resources professional for a Southern California school district and has worked continuously in helps ministry at her local church for over 20 years. 

Dr. Lori Williams Dobbs holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.  She completed her undergraduate work at Spelman College in Atlanta, GA.  Dr. Dobbs has a heart for children and works tirelessly to assist their success in whatever way she can.  Her family has a long history of charitable work in the Los Angeles Area.  Her insights into human behavior are invaluable to the development and provision of ministry services.

The Honorable Patricia J. Titus, Superior Court Judge has a long and documented history of public service beyond her position in the judicial system.  An active and tithing Christian, she ran an unprecedented campaign for her judicial seat highlighting her faith with scripture on all of her literature.  She holds a BA from Stanford Univeristy and a JD from UCLA.  She serves in the office of church Elder at her home congregation, Power Christian Center.  Her organizational experience is greatly valued at PowerGirl Ministries.

Ms. Cecyl Favarote is a native Angeleno who is very active in the Dorsey High School Alumnae association.  She's a graduate of Whittier College and the Ministry Training Institute at Crenshaw Christian Center.  She has a heart for women and children and she works with many charitable organizations.  Her heart's desire is to be yielded to and used by God, the Father in his plan to win souls into His Kingdom.  She fellowships at Christian Agape Circle where she is shepherded by Pastor Argie Taylor.  PowerGirl Ministries greatly values her energy, insight, and wisdom.

Mrs. Joenicey G. Titus is a retired career educator who spends her days volunteering as the church administrator at Wesley United Methodist Church. A former principal, she retired from the Los Angeles Unified School District after 43 years of service. She holds a BA and MA from UCLA.  The daughter of a Methodist minister, she brings a depth of wisdom to PowerGirl Ministries and is affectionately known as Mom Titus.
